THE ANGRAVITY ACADEMY
SCREENWRITERS CAMP
Applications for the 2026 Screenwriters Camp open this fall
The program is run by Abiram Brizuela, former Director of Artist Community at the Sundance Institute. It consists of a week-long residential intensive in May, followed by six monthly virtual workshops and a period of industry exposure. Upon completion, participants have a new draft of their screenplay and a first-look deal for production financing from Unapologetic Projects. The program is produced by Antigravity’s Head of Production, Valerie Bush, with creative development led by Antigravity founder, Carlos López Estrada, and Head of Development, Holly Stanton.
The first edition of the Screenwriters Camp proved to be a triumph with several fellows already seeing early success. Jay Pendarvis Jr. has signed with talent agency M88 and A.J.
